About the Author
Kenny Lamm serves as the Worship Ministries Strategist for NC Baptists, dedicated to helping churches deepen their engagement in meaningful worship. With decades of experience as a worship pastor, Kenny has led worship renewal and equipped churches across North Carolina and internationally. He regularly conducts conferences, provides leadership training, and creates resources that train worship leaders, encourage congregational participation, and promote spiritual growth.
Kenny’s ministry reaches worship leaders worldwide, offering practical tools and biblical inspiration for a transformative worship culture. He is the author of The Worship Ministry Guidebook, available in four languages and used in worship ministry training in the US and abroad. Kenny serves as adjunct professor of worship at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kenny and his wife, Sandy, are grateful to call Sanford, North Carolina, home and love serving alongside their local church community. They have two children and four amazing grandchildren.
